Kids Gi Jiu Jitsu Overview
Jiu Jitsu prepares children for any challenges in life. Persistent training will equip them with the perseverance, grit, and problem-solving techniques they need to succeed in life. All these life skills paired with self-defense tactics will allow them to live in confidence. You’re never too young to improve!
Our classes focus on developing your child’s physical and mental abilities. We teach your child basic techniques and drills that build strength, coordination, and flexibility.
We also incorporate games and activities that help improve their balance and agility. Our instructors are trained to work with young children and create a safe, supportive environment for learning.
Our Youth programs also promote important life skills such as discipline, focus, and respect. We encourage positive social interactions and teamwork to develop confidence and self-esteem. Your child will learn valuable skills that they can carry with them into adulthood.
Kids BJJ
Our Kids BJJ program at Source Jiu Jitsu is designed to introduce children aged 4 to 15 to the exciting world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun and safe environment.
We understand that young minds need a different approach, and our experienced instructors have tailored this program to make learning BJJ a rewarding and engaging experience for kids.
Through a carefully structured curriculum, children will learn essential self-defense skills, discipline, and focus while improving their physical fitness. Our dedicated instructors use age-appropriate teaching methods to ensure that children not only grasp the fundamentals of BJJ but also develop life skills that will benefit them both on and off the mats.
